I've got a big problem with something he said in about the 16-17 minute mark on the "main" vid...  that is - i also have a 4 plate, 2+ | 2- cell - i just built using 304SS wall outlet plates.  I've run my cell continuously for more than 3 hours straight (12VDC - off car battery @ 540 CCA [or as much as water will take amperage wise]) - and have not had ANY temperature rise at all.  this dude is saying he makes 1/2 ltr HHO on a "cold" cell and once it warms up, he gets 1 - 1 & 1/4 ltr / min production.  I'd like to know what he's doing to "warm" up his cell.  My experiments thus far have been w/o any additional electronics.  I have only been doing brute force (no elyte) electrolysis - to establish a baseline before adding a PWM or other enhancement.

from my exp (which is limited at best) i'd say this is a crock of you know what...

im on the brute force kick myself, i believe most of these gurus are full of it and im proud to have access to the guys on this forum who seem to be very solid

all the greed goin around is what keeps us down

You said it, the greedy have messed the world up in which we live in now. The greedy have made it too this site and I pulled all of my work as a result, for what I am doing is meant to free mankind not enslave it.

Now this guy is using NaCl and that is not a good idea, for the Cl will make hydrocloric gas with electrolysis. That is why everyone else that is using standerd eletrolysis is NaOH, KOH, or baking soda. And if you live in a place where it gets cold use rubbing alcohol to keep the water from freezing.

I'm still scratching my head why my water temp is not rising...  In all my tests, my water temp has been 19 C.  I even thought my probe was shot, so i stuck it in my mouth to verify it was working [it is working].  I can't figure it out.  everything i've read/seen says the temp of the water should be rising & at a fairly steady rate.  maybe it's b/c i have an open cell still; i don't know.  I'm just starting out.  I'm using BFE to establish a baseline before experimenting with HV, chokes, PWMs, etc.  That way i know what it looks like and what to expect.  I've still got a lot of catching up to do...

I find it hard to believe that he is getting the production that he says out of such a small 4 plate cell no mater what electrolytic solution he is using. If it were true I would expect the bath to be KOH or or my preference NaOH.

One thing that I have wondered about in designs like Bob Boyce is if the hydrogen production would be increased by providing opposite polarity to each plate rather than having so many neutral plates.  I have thought about this a lot but that experiment would be rather costly with cell designs using 101 plates. Perhaps this would be worth looking into on a smaller scale. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
