Listen tot the parent of Meyer
« on: October 11, 2015, 14:33:32 pm »
I heard one specific description of Meyers tube cells, twice, by two close Meyer relatief personage.
1 was Steve Meyer other one was the parent of Meyer.
Both man said independent of eachother that the tubecell produced sparks between the inner and outer tube.

So what does that mean?
High voltage discharge! Electron avalanche.
You see my point here?
Pulses DC with current, followed by high voltage pulses!
Pulsetrains...
Just like Anderson did, btw...etc etc..
