Hi everyone,
I have a problem. please help me. I download and built   from www.globalkast.com  , by  tony woodside,   Complete VIC Circuit  .  Everything is  ok ,  I use 12 volt but it couldn't work. Where  am I is wrong. I havent  make any adjust. I added  some pictures . only two leds lighting .  Also I couldnt  get any square wave in oscilloscop :(. is there anyone to help me ?
Thanks

You should certainly watch Valentin Petkov's videos. He has shown it working and his testing as well with details and references to patents. https://www.youtube.com/@valyonpz/videos

You also need to consider:

1. Your metal tubes in your cell will need to be approximately 14mm apart.
2. Charging choke will need to be tuned for your cell.
3. The resonant frequency will need to be dialed in with an oscilloscope
3. This frequency will change as the water breaks down. Thus why Stan created the PLL circuit and scanning circuit to dial in on it.

Hope this helps!
