I have the wire now and the bobbins. But after testing the resistance of the wire I got,it only measures 16 ohms per foot. There must have been two sizes of wire, because the first one I saw said .004 inch and 48 ohms per foot.So I will have to get that spool from the owner.I'm sorry for the delay. But if anyone would still like some of this wire,I'll let it go for $30 for 2000 foot.and $250 per pound. It's still very good wire, and it must be .005 inch.I will get the other wire and test it first.
There is also two pictures posted for this wire.

It might be 430F .005

if its .0055 OD with some .004 wire .

Thats means this is a "quad-build" , a quad build of Hi-Mol , we are talking a very very expensive and exotic coating here .

i dont know dankie.. i dont think insulator need to be built up.. does stan ever mention it?  stephen meyers brings up somethin interesting about learning how to keep charges in the center of wire cutting back on dielectric.  stan only speaks of 3kv rating for coating his wire.i think the positive wind acts like a dielectric itself. .. by the way there magnetic fields can create a mutual balance.

Well it is probably the 36 awg since it is 16 ohms per foot , so this  probably means a single build.
