yes i have read this article.....it has the entire article in full magazine print in the book.
and my above post is wrong hte video section i am referring to starts at 9:39 to 7:28 (from the end)......splitting the normal current dq/dt into 2 components displacement current dphi/dt and mass slippage of electrons down the wire.....uses a barrier (semi conductor) to stop the mass flow (work flow rate of energy being lost) invented by bill fogal......then goes on to talk about a primary and secondary and sotring energy in the magnetic field....maybe the ss wire acts as bill fogal's semiconductor..
