page 164, first page of voltage wave guide

""In each and all "Space State" of changes,
the combustible gas atoms of water is/are "Electrically Stress" under "different" pressure levels to bring-on the triggering point of thermally igniting the combustible gases of water beyond or away from "Stable State" of Equilibrium. Voltage Tickling of State Space under "Resonant Electrical Stress" without amp influxing while "Tuning-ln" to the dielectric properties of water is herein referred to as""

electrically stressed under "DIFFERENT"  presure levels

"RESONANT ELECTRICAL STRESS"  the combination of static and dynamic.

Voltage Tickling of State Space under  "Resonant Electrical Stress"

I don't understand

Isn't the 'voltage tickling' causing resonant electrical stress?
or is 'voltage tickling' happening above Q, and RES happens when Q is lowest (but not 0V)?
See 8-2

resonant electrical stress is the term he uses for the use of both dynamic and static voltage input.. pure dc pulse of equal potential is a static pulse.. a unipolar pulse is dynamic.. combine them in a repeating sequence you get resonant electrical stress. since the chokes build up with there own potenial when it acts like ac but its not the same as ac.. ac is a push pull system from on side.. involving electron movement being forced on one side the neutral minus well be called ground in ac electric. understand that dynamic is a hole other force then static..

But what is voltage tickling?
voltage stress on state space without the wave fields 'overlapping' (as seen in 8-1), while switching between the voltage arc and ground state (=set by Q,  voltage arc 'travels' on it)?

the voltage arcs are the colored parts of the waves you've drawn in your latest pic.
