damn...i knew that would happen.......you need some high voltage to accompany those led's....they don;t offer enough energy to help.

Yes, in my studying of both the GP's the other day it was evident that the small GP was attached to an external VIC, as opposed to the big GP which had an internal VIC.

My plan is to use the Multi Bobbin VIC or a varied configuration thereof, to run the GP. (As I imagine Stan would have done)

However you still have to consider the proper pulsing of the LEDs, (which might be synchronized with the pulsing of the VIC in some form?)

I am thinking i'll test both Red LEDs and then some cheap UV LEDs (similar to yours), just make the LED Batteries easily removable so I can switch them.

i wouldn't go with red......i would try infrared....stick with the patents......the good thing is though that since the led's are pulse you cover a wider range of frequencies sine they fade in to being on and fade out to being off....but we see it as instantaneous.......maybe full spectrum led's if that even exists......sort of like sunlight.....i know they make light bulbs with this but i doubt they make led's....who knows maybe.

The gas gun I saw when visiting Stans stuff,had red leds.I didn't see the inside of the smaller air processor to note their color.But the big one was definitely red,all of them.

Ok, I see red in the patents, and infrared in the Tech Brief, 935 nm LEDs, memo 422, but this is talking about the laser accelerator, not the GP

Didn't see the electrostatic filter.Wasn't looking for it.Had more interest in seeing the VIC.Without it,nothing will work.All of this talk about anything other than the VIC is wishful thinking.Unless we get the VIC working,nothing else will work.Everyone should be working on the basics of Stan work,High voltage low current.If we can't prove the basics,how will we ever prove the rest?We need to learn to crawl before we can walk.One thing at a time.
