Hi
This is the best drawing that I have seen on the 'injector of Stans, the one I saw was no good at all and could never work, how ever this one has possibilities, as you know I am in the middle of testing my 'Oz Injector'.

The biggest problem with this is its size, you would need to be a dam good machinist, i think that the only thing that this may do is create a 'fine atomized mist' I may have to have another look.
There are a number of other things that I have found out about, that may explain why this may have had problems working.

The taper should only be around a half inch long, and a steeper angle. This design would not work, 10 thousandths of an inch is the thickness of 2 human hairs, and this thing is going to heat up during normal operation to engine temperatures, and that tolerance will not hold, it will simply short out because the electrode is too long.

It can only have a chance as just a steam injector.
