dry cell replica of stevie

hello guys i took apart my dry cell cut new gaskets 1/32 inch in metric 0.9mm i was hoping for the .5mm but could not find on the market her what i did to minimize the current leakage is i placed my plates in 6 plates configuration +NNNN- x6  between each cell (6plates) i placed a full gasket only with the upper hole opened  i placed 3 then in the middle i placed a full gasket to isolate completely from the other stack so i have 3 cells on the left and 3 on the right .as soon as i get some numbers i will update the post .

That looks like a nice drycell to me! ;)
Well done.
I hope it will work out for you with the one hole concept.
For me it wasnt so good, because the tapwater produces lots of scum.
For that reason i turned the concept to be a closed waterflow circuit with a pump.
So, at the end, i had to use the lower hole for water input and i used the gas output hole also as water output.
At the end, i ended up with a waterreservoir, as you have seen. Thats the gray bubbler. It has a double function.

You will get gas production with a 0.9mm gasket.
If you want, i can send you some of my 0.5mm material.
"its a nasty piece of work to cut all those gaskets....." ;)

but cutting 36 gaskets i do not think i will do it for the 3rd time with 576 holes to punch  >:(.as you can see my gasket has a lip in the bottom so if it did not work all i have to do is open and cut the lips .

No word from you on your cell.

Lets hear your dry cell production, Get you a stop watch and a 2 bottles, and let it blow a water out using a hose into your measuring cup....

If water exiting from your hose is problematic for you then get a pump and use stevies bubbler, you will not get the water problem this way.

Btw, i have a pretty good ideal of what your cell can do.



if you watche my youtube you know how much my cell produce .as hho meter check this and tell me if you like it .



it is note a competition it is about improoving efficency

i reached 4 liters at 60 amps this is not my goal my goal is lower .maximum i reached is 6.6 MMW i want more .

And i know about the temperature i do my test on cold starts and the next thing i am gonna build is a dryer .
you will get my results in the week end i have to go to work you know .

Brown i produce 2.5 liters right at 1kilo watts.



Not bad Hydro, you as I do know that the real problem is the "gunk" you get, and if you drain out the dirt you get clean water
With distilled water and KOH I'm doing 6MMW = 6lpm at 1kw, and that's brute force bro (ps the KOH don't leave the cell  ;) )
