I invented this..
I will work on improvements in the new year... the results was a lot of hydrogen, but had a small shorting problem with the inverter.
Maybe you can try it with a variac at lower volts?
Can call it the Bullshit intensifier circuit if it dosent work. I have other ideas in that case..
