what capacitance meter do you use?
When I try to measure capacitance on my WFC, the meter never finds a value.
do you have your tubes insulated?
Without insulation the cell will not hold a charge. You should use insulation such as the Corona Dope HMS-776 is using. Then the cell will realy behave as a capacitor.
I sugest that you start experimenting with insulated tubes at first , then after you acheaving resonance you can experiment wihout insulation. Stan talks about surface tension of water at resonance that may insulate the water from tube without the use of an extra insulation used.
