Hope this can help, i can`t read all of his handwriting but maybe you can.

Please come with your thoughts about this, so we can get closer to what he did..
( Nobody can ever get a patent on this anyway and we will use more time than Meyer if we dont share ideas.)

A blocking diode at the one side of the cell and an inductor at the other? a cell in resonance? and with ac and dc current at the same time?

This is what drives me nuts... these pictures WERE all over the net, but disappeared, and now slowly coming back out again. ..
