Man thats old stuff bro... i was gonna build that but found out it was used in the very early more primitive Meyers designs

You can forget about making that work  , its too complex for anyone here , even eclipsed78 gave up on this circuit ....

It wasnt needed in the more advanced Stainless steel coils... Its never mentionned once past section 5 , no mention of any pulse pickup coil orfPLL driverl..i

I think it is a good example of using a PLL from the 4046 to detect and lock the resonant frequencies.

It is not too complicated, but I think for most of us here (myself included) it's further than what I can comprehend at the moment.

Thank you for posting this. Nice find.
As far as i know there are just a view guys who tried the make replicate it.
And there is one guy who said he got it to work.
I have keeping my eye on him for some months now, but he didnt prove anything to me , yet.
Do you have any idea's with this circuit?

I did build that circuit and it does work.

but the only thing it does is to lock into the best frequency for the transformer.

Thanks for sharing that with us. What about the DUAL OUTPUT 50V 3A DC? Where is that coming from?

As I mentioned before I thought this was a good circuit showing the Resonant locking with the PLL using a 4046!

Yeah i heard the circuit works but to actually make it work properly on a real wfc is a totally different story , even eclipsed still has problems with it...

Hope this can help, i can`t read all of his handwriting but maybe you can.

Please come with your thoughts about this, so we can get closer to what he did..
( Nobody can ever get a patent on this anyway and we will use more time than Meyer if we dont share ideas.)

A blocking diode at the one side of the cell and an inductor at the other? a cell in resonance? and with ac and dc current at the same time?
