Much more work to be done still, how/why I need such a small amount of gas to run the 6.5hp engine
This is scratching the surface of HHO power only, I think with some more time and with other engine displacements and size the BIG results is going to be  ;D
Then it's time to leave the brute force for something better, I just need to get max out of brute force before I can deep dive in PWM and ionization

 i guess their is a little vacum from the engine that could be getting transfer thru the bubbler to the cell
but i doubt its much cause the carb is still open a little bit to allow some air in
