I think dingle gives out quite a bit of info, to the point where he almost makes it obvious as to what he's doing. I'm suprised that he has allowed so many people to take pictures and videos of his devices.
I would explain what I've learned recently that will allow easy water splitting, but as I stated above I'm not willing to share it, there's just too many people on the net I don't trust. I think as soon as someone gives out info on how to build something it will be stolen, they'll steal others credit, patent their devices and cause many problems. For that I like a few others here will not share what I have learned...All I'll say is it's all in the tech brief, and it's not really all that complicated.
