not yet i did not receive my dry cell .i was thinking to make the cell as efficent as possible so this idea came in to me but i think i have to beefup the transistor so i can go more than 1.5 amp for the LM317 i am gonna use 2n 3055 ,15amp .
I might receive the cell this week so will be doing some test this weekend ;D ;D ;D

Wooohoooo just received my plates  36x 8x8 316 ss  ,37 gaskets and 2 end plates  i cannot wait for assembly  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

This one is from sid young   (fireinthewaterdotcom) not ebn  ebn do not offer 8x8 yet i had the best deal ever 370 $plates and gaskets and outer plates now if you want to buy only the SS plates will cost you 470$ there plates supplyer was using left over and when the stock finished price went up lucky me  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Finaly after 2 month of waiting i can start playing will post results hopefully by the end of this week ,lot off work ahead cleaning the plats sanding them and trying to insulate the hole and  asssembly  bubler  tank etc  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
