Is Meyer's Buggy and all his other experimental stuff still available?

I have a friend in US who is interesed in buying it if it is still available.  He has a backer who he says will buy it.  If he buys it, he will start manufacturing it and so the technology will not be lost.

you need to get a hold of dynodon....He listed his phone number, he states that it's still available and the bids are low-in the 70K range!
