The coating / conditioning
« on: August 12, 2008, 19:03:19 pm »
Hi,

do you have any information about the coating which forms after many hours of using which is directly raising the efficiency?

I have heard it's (at least partly) consisting of calcium carbonate and if you add that to your tap water und condition a while you'll get the coating faster.
do you know if that's right or have you examined the coating?

regards

I would not try to speed this process up. Stainless steel costs, And besides I don't condition my tubes. And haven't noticed any real difference even after they get conditioned on there own.  But I'm sure opinions may very.

Found this recently. Pretty easy setup, and the Neutral plates HAVE to be "charged". No mention of coating.

According to this, exact copying can produce very good results.

Might be just the thing for people that don't quite "get it".

Maybe it's the computer I'm at,
But mine still takes me to a login page.
And I'm not a member.
Perhaps I can see it another way.

Thanks anyway
