Uh, the glue I mentioned in the plate cell thread probably won't be the best choice in this application.

CHeck the LORD Fusor tech team for the optimal glue. http://www.ellsworth.com/gluedoctor.html

If you aren't using any caustic e-lyte, you can use model airplane epoxy, and add polyester bulking agent to get the viscosity up.  CHeck with Atlanta Hobby or any hobby shop.   Use 30 min to allow plenty of set time.

If it's simply a matter of sealing threads, Goop marine is tops, and it can be taken apart later whilst epoxy has to be heated beyond what yer PVC can stand to make it let go

  The basic cell is done 

I still have to wire it, 
And get the plumbing installed.
I haven't glued the collars yet,
until I finish everything else.

The glue I used on my latest cell is Plexus MA300 Methacrylate it is a very permanent bond. I pressurized my cell to 120 psi with no leaks. I got mine from a battery plant that I do refrigeration for.  I found this link for it. http://www.gluguru.com/Methacrylates.htm#ITWPlexus.

Nice work on the cell, spike.  I see yer bare hand on the tubes.

Transfer of skin oils will introduce anutha variable into the cell and may cause foaming.

The LORD fusor system is methylacrylate as well.

I usually wipe them down with alcohol last,
To remove any oils left over.
But I do touch them on the ends. 
I'll keep this in mind.
