How about this one? Added a resistor for preventing the leaky cell to leak to ground.
Input is 24v and LC is doing almost 30V...

In this words I guess he is saying that at resonance the current on the components will cause the voltage to be greater than applied voltage... the voltage will depend on q factor...

He seem to say with that the resonance will allow a higher or different electric field 🤔
