Is really hateful to get sick every time I feel like I’m dying, fever headaches bone aches

I suspected it had to do with the birds shit because I was using the vacuum cleaner to kind of pre clean the place

And it may put in the air suspension of birds shit hahaha

Or maybe could be dengue we have an epidemic now of it

My head simply don’t work when I’m sick I fell  i become like a stupid zombie

Sleeping one our seems like 38 hours

When my head stop beating I will get into the winding machine and make it work

Hope I can restart tomorrow

I will keep you updated thanks for the good wishes!

I never tried…

I saw recently people are drinking electrolysed water
I don’t think is a good idea if not pure platinum electrodes I guess would have a dangerous chemicals from electrode decomposition  otherwise

I changed medication from paracetamol to dipirona and now I’m back in game…

I was watching some coil windings machine videos to get some inspiration and found some used the same idea of CNC to control

I think to reduce the capacitance would be desirable as much as possible so having multiple spools seems a bette idea

Another thing to consider is that the coil former need to have a certain precision otherwise the wire will not fit really well

I’m even considering winding directly on the outer electrode instead of the acrylic to maximize the heat dissipation of the coil

Or something else I was considering would be adding foil of copper on the first layer of course not shorting in itself

But it also would increase the capacitance

One thing about the magnetic field is that is not really important the crossection area of the coil

It’s related only to the number of turn per lenght

Of course other parameters like the resistance length and inductance capacitance will change

Adding coils in parallel will sum their capacitances and the inductances kind of reduce if they are not perfectly coupled

So the best way to go séem to have the coil short and high turns

Something around 5000 turn may be enough to get a decent magnetic field

The only problem is to keep the resonant frequency high enough

Because is better to have resonating capacitor only on one side

The other col although need to have the same voltage don’t need to have a high curent o

A finer wire could be used and even it could be wound on top of the other resonating coils

I’m talking about the case where bifilar is not the best way or not possible

Today i worked a lot on the Coil machine

There are some required parts i need with some precision machining

So I tried to get it done in a shop near here … but didn’t worked  because I don’t like lazy people

I think when you need something urgent to be done and you are up to pay for urgency and I see people talk and not work it makes me mad!

So I decided to find another shop that respect my time.

Unfortunately to get things done we need to avoid certain situations or vibes sometimes.

That why when I’m sick tired or sad or mad I rather wait until I get no universe interference

The main problem with the machine is that it need to have an axis well done to be able to turning with an acceptable vibration and alignment

No one deserves that … he had even said that could only do in two weeks while the time we spend talking could have done all that

So after some sleep my head still exploding but I thought maybe I could 3d print those flanges provided it’s thck

Later I will make a video of it

I did the drawings and put the printer back to work on normal mode (had to take the 4th axis out for this)

Now I’m printing already … hope tonight I will be able to start doing some coils

The 3d printed parts came out really nice and very high precision

I think I did a even better work than the shop guy would with metal

And it was free except for the filament

It don’t vibrate at all

To be able to do that I made them for being used with a 3/8 axis screw

So inside the printed parts I did the screwed hole (don’t know how to say in English)

Fusion 360 modeled screw gives a strange profile so to make it fit perfectly I had to add a 45angle 0.2mm to the not sharp screw to ale it sharp

The printer will stilll work a lot tonight making alll the parts

The plan is to make a coil former that I can take the finished coil out so later I can simply make it fill with resin

This coils will need to get high voltage so I’m considering making less turns per layer maybe max of 50

And than make 6 col instead of 3

The idea being to make lower inductance and capacitance and maximum turns layers possible

When it finally works than I can design the coil to have a specific resonating frequency without needing for external components for tune for example

That can be done changing the number of turns per layer for ex

Not trivial but doing some coils with different layers and testing will be possible to predict the required ratio

Seems a good idea to put a toroidal core around each coil and to have same material cut as discs to fit between the coils

Reducing the external reluctance may double the internal magnetic field so it’s certainly worth laser cut them and use

Lot of work to get it done

Hope I’m few hours i can start the first coil test

Still some parts to be printed to direct the wire correctly

I would like to make also a spring for tensioning the wires to protect from breaking

It would work as a way to make less impact on subtle changes of speed
