Thats a nice and interesting topic..
Its known that when the hydrogen is split from the oxygen, it is ionized.
My two cents for now is that the arcie blue setup and i also think that Dingle was doing the same by sucking the ambient air thru the waterfuel cell....
What if you ionize the ambient air before it gets sucked thru the waterbath full of hydrogen ions?

I was thinking about charging water bath with O3 which would give extra donor oxygen to aid in possibility helping remove the H2 since we have an extra O that wants a o find a new home to make O2.
