making lots of small bubbles into single large(r) bubbles

Outer tube capped with pin hole at top to collect all the bubbles and making big ones output.

I found the pin hole has to be "tuned" for the amount of output.

If power is lowered from optimum, the solid bubbles wont work correctly and in the same sense, if you are producing too much for the hole, the gases will come out the bottom of the inner tube.

The guy from Waterforfuel.com has been doing it this way also.  He also uses a 3 tube setup.

Aloha,
Won't capping the cells inhibit liquid circulation, which could simultaniously inhibit gas formation, as the gases are not freely unrestricted?
Before you recommend this, you may want to check production before and after installing caps.

I do know that its impossible to ignite the hho when its underwater and also Stan's demonstration cell was under no vacuum.
