That tubecell was checked by my friend when Stan demo d it to him. My friend touched the cables to the cell and they where hot......

In one of the videos Charlie Holbrook is
Heard in the background telling an investor
To fill the cells with cold water

Due the the low claimed wattage input
It is unlikely that the energy
input would be enough to raise
the water temperature by any
Appreciable amount thus the
Cylinders would feel cold until
The wAter warmed up to ambient
Air temperature
