The behaviour of the water capacitor:

This study shows the dielectric constant changes of water in fuction of low frequencies and temperature.

Nice test with a real water capacitor!

According this study it appears that during the tests, water maintained the dielectric constant at 2.92khz even with temperature changes.

Thats amazing, the water is really a misterious thing.

Also we can see the wide range of variaton in the dielectric constant at lower  frequencies.

It is really a challenge to make it act as a capacitor and tune a LC circuit...

I believe that Stan figured this all to.

COOL find X-blade....

If you run into that newly discovered relaxation process document ...throw it in here too :)
I can find some literature on it with core ionization, but nothing mentioning a frequency yet.
A proton transfer process they've missed for a while I guess....
If we could transfer those 4 out of lead....I'd go on vacation :)

lots of follow ups in that doc u found .
