Would it be more efficient to create hydrogen and burn it as a flame to heat a typical gas furnace OR would using straight electricity by heating the coils in a typical forced air electric furnace be more efficient?

1 kW of electric heat will make 3413 BTUH. So I guess the next question would be how many BTUH can you make using 1000 watts of power with a hydrogen generator?
