heres the deal i'm trying to input energy in the water directly using induction...
Basically water form a shorted turn and the voltage induced should be able to discharge the ions since positive or negatively charged atom in contact with a metallic surface will give its charge to the surface the conductive surface acting as a deionizing surface...
would be nice to have a kind of core that can be used to very low frequency to give time for the ions to discharge ...
I'm thinking about using a toroidal coil...
For example you have 30 turns connected to a capacitor resonating at maybe 3kv 5 amps this gives 100 volts per turn, 150Amps... so water ions should receive 100v potential.
