NASA hydrogen report & Stan Meyer?

Just wondering.

Has anyone here been able to find the Report on Hydrogen by NASA that Stan talks about in his lectures?
The one which lists the 3 problems with hydrogen:
-How to produce the gas on demand
-How to control the rate of production
-How to reduce the flame speed

I have searched all over but have not found that report....Probably came out in the 1950s-1960s I'm guessing.

There wasn't really any "Report" per se.....Stan would always say his system exceeded NASA's 4 criteria for using hydrogen and he exceeded that with his 5th benefit.

On demand production.
Controlling burn rate for any device.
Safe handling.
Economically produced.
Safe/No storage of combustible gases.
Safe transport with his micro holed tubing.

I think that was it and that is six....oh well...something like that...

He actually did say he had the most comprehensive report on hydrogen from NASA, and he said it listed 3 criteria keeping hydrogen from becoming a viable fuel.

If there was any 'Report" it wouldn't have any of Meyer's work in it.
The Estate buyers would have it if in his stuff.
It is likely 30 years old or more.
And he said, "Compiled/compilation" or somesuch....could have been anything he got at Wright Patterson. AFB.
Hardly matters....He made his point about Exceeding their criteria for use of hydrogen...BUT Meyer use HHO.....Broken down more...'Hydrogen Fracturing."
