Someone's Trying To Patent My Open Source Laser Beam System

Under Common Law, something which is published in the Open Source Domain cannot be patented later.  Common Law, being more fundamental than Legislative Law, takes precedence.  Although obvious improvements and changes also can not be patented, patenting anything along the item's line of development would breach the integrity of the Open Source Trust.  This also holds true for copyrighted works which are stated, or implicitly implied, as being released into the Public Domain.  An Open Source work can not be copyrighted simply by making an obvious improvement and proclaiming it to be a new and original work, when fundamental Open Sourced elements are still present.  Anyone who violates these fundamental principles and also thinks information should be paid for rather than given away is a traitor to the Open Source Community.  The rest of us pay for our hosting service every month out of our own pockets, sharing for free.

I really dont care, to be honest.
I have some emails from him and me, from that timeframe where he and i where not on the same line. He went to far at that time.

You know, Aaron, if our members  are not  "special"people, then we do not come anywhere.
They have their own strong mind and we do not have to agree with each other. They must have a strong mind.
Like on your forum, we have a mix of people with different education levels.

I have seen your youtube vids as I check your forum from time to time.
My opinion is that you are going to far to call Edward a dis informant and to create a sticky about him.
You have a nice forum.
But people leave and have left because of your temper. Is that your goal?

About Jerry, i only can say that his input here has been very good and appreciated.
