As I recall it was page 141 of a pdf document Internationl Independent Test-Evelaution Report. P 142 was an image from the US Patent office. That is as big as the pdf was. The rest on the site had about 20 or so of the Meyers patents in pdf format. I did not save the url since I already have the complete patent files and they are widely available at multiple sites. I think the publication refrenced in the attachment had the cover page and just a copy of patents issued to date
