Max Miller demonstrates an 8XA circuit in a classic Stan Meyer tubular array
cell using rain water. Notice his new emphasis on safety with glass block viewing
area. Max is doing some very nice work. This video shows impressive production of
small bubbles using a Variac for power. Measurements of gas production versus
power input would be nice but as he states, that was not the purpose of his demonstration.
