It doesn't work according to some reports. It uses vacuum from the PCV valve and T's off with the carburetor. The dash gauges regulate the flow of water somehow. The manual talks a little about setting the timing for optimum efficiency, although, the reports I read, did not do any timing modifications whatsoever. So, the tests may have been skewed. You have to realize, though, to ultimately get the most out of this type of setup, the gasoline needs to be vaporized. This device does not provide that part of the equation. If done right, you will get just around an 80% decrease in gasoline consumption.
