Posting videos on YouTube

Is there something that has to be done on YouTube when posting videos,to get your video to show up on a search?
I can't get my new videos to show up on any search I do.
I set the Tags to Stan Meyers,Stanley Meyers,Water Fuel Cell,but none of them brings up my videos.
I have them marked for public viewing.
Am I missing something?
Any help would be appreciated.

Sometime YouTube can be slow about updating their database. I've had this same problem before and sometimes it can take up to 7 days for them to show up in the search.
