Consider that ambient air at normal atmospheric pressure, at 25 degrees celcius and 50% humidity contains 12 torr of watervapour.....
Now we could make a calculation:
Stan descripes how much water his buggy needed for running.
How much watervapour = equal to this amount of water?
How much air goes thru an engine when idle?
