Ok after thinking and looking at the locations of VEE and thinking about it from a cars electronics point of view, I've come up with what VEE is. VEE is a 12v supply voltage. If you know anything about a cars electronics, its the ignition switch. On a cars ignition switch you have ACC and then the "Start" position. ACC will turn on the circuit and all other electronic accessories. When the ignition is in the "Start" position this will energize the ignition coil and engage the starter. As far as VEE, when the cars ignition is in the "Start" position, this will turn on the VEE locations allowing the circuit to start producing hydrogen. This also acts as a safety feature so that for example is you have your cars ignition switched to ACC to listen to your radio, you want be producing hydrogen. Pretty simple explanation huh?
