Here's an edited image of the full length Stan's Demo Cell when he was in his Grove City laboratory
The perspex cell holder was 5.5 inches in diameter. This cell appears shorter than what is shown in other photos but this may be due to angle of view. The outer tubes appear to be about 14 inches long which agrees with Anthony Griffins report "Water as Fuel" in which he states regarding the tubes "They are 14 inches long and are effectively waveguides"
