Radiant , I dont really understand the circuit you made .
The relay is there for on-off , but what is the power source ?
Is there a coil in wfc side of the circuit ?

stan says he could turn the power source on for 15 seconds and produce hydrogen for 94 seconds with power source off.. he calls that 94 seconds that gas is still producing the off put time (which is allowing a discharge gate).. he says if you were to leave it on it would reach the maximum flow rate of water going into the gap. so is the off put time slowly allowing the water to discharge but by pulsing it in a manner that restricts discharge for 94 seconds but is still able to be used to throw the electrons furthest from there equilibrium?
