Bemf test setup
« on: February 24, 2008, 20:36:27 pm »
Hi,

For all of you who wanna do tests with BEMF is here a schematic.
The working is as follows:
You charge with a squarewave the coil.
The coil is the resistance for the electron flow.
You pulse the coil.
In parallel is one tube cell to pick the first charge, when voltage goes up in the circuit.
When the pulse is gone of the circuit, the coil will discharge and you get an reversed current.
Polarity changes and you catch the reversed charge with the capacitor.
Across the capacitor is tube nr.2
This second tube will only produce hydrogen when there is BEMF.

components are:
coil = primairy coil of MOT or similair coil with minimal 0.5mm thick wire
capacitor = bipolar capacitor of minimal 250V
Diodes = anything that can handle 250V and some amps
Frequency = around 1 khz or higher..
Gating = play with it

You can hear the coil make noise!

If you have any questions, just ask.

This is really cool.
How good does the bemf actually work?

Very very good....lol
bemf is cooling the wfc and emf is heating the wfc.

Hi brothers in crime,

I came on this youtube vid.
This person is explaining about what EMF is, BEMF and collapsing spikes.
Go have a look.

Hi,

Today after some playing with the simulator, i found someting very nice.

Copy the code into our simulator and see how Bemf runs back into the resistor aka wfc.

I have indid tried that circuit in my work bench, just with different values, it does work better.

I was playing with this one as I was thinking about Bob Boyce's circuit.

Now one thing interesting when the SIM is running this,,, if you replace the power source resistor with a wire, the SIM will crash.... SIMs will crash on OU circuits... they can't calculate...

Yes, i seen that mistake as well... ;)
Its interesting how in this setup, the bemf is taking over, so the wfc is keeping dc on it and the proces of electrical polarization
(wohaaa) continues.

I also made a sim with a trafo with centretab.
Works great too!

I know for sure that ravi was doing this on his tubes. 1 bifcoil per tube. Using the Bemf after every pulse in the pulse downtime.
Like Stan said. 2 pulses for the price of 1 :)
