Since the water fuel cell reactor is a cylinder x,y translation not an issue. The Height measurement is complicated by the murky initial image. Scaling from the diameter of the tire rim may be useful for range of estimate. The control panel is very similar to the one shown in the WTVN newscast video. The top knob is a rheostat of the variac type with panel meters below.
The width of the panel is 12.0 inches The Depth is estimated at 6 inches
