Something about your setup is very special, i dont know if it be the alternator or cell setup, but its clearly hard to produce that with no additives! Find out why your setup works so good and improve it over a period of time...

Sorry guys  :'( , Their must have been some lye still left some where, But I flushed for about 4 or 5 minutes, And here are my results

697.67ml/min or 86sec/L
16.4 Amps
22.2 VDC
364.08 watts
1.916 ml/min/w
3 vdc at 1 amp to the rotor

After about 5 minutes, it starts to choke. I don't know if it is because of the motor, Or the water getting warm.  ???

I has an experience where the bubbles get stuck in the middle of a double stacked cell. The top cell would get clogged at its intake(bottom) with bubbles and stop working right.

Well actually, What it does is, The amount of large bubbles will cut back, And the flow slows down. creating more tiny bubble. like a white foam. If I have this problem with my new cell, I'll put a pump inline, To maintain circulation.
