  I'VE BEEN BUSY 

While I'm waiting for my new alternator, Which should be here by thursday or friday.  I got busy building a new cell.
It's a 12 cell Karebill  14" x 4" x 8", It's killing me not to fire it up. I hope you like it.

That looks awesome!!!

It should fit right in the battery compartment.  Was that your plan? 
I like the large open manifolds on the ends.  That should even out the flow through the tubes.

I can't wait to see what it does!

Thanks, You're close, I'm planning on removing the air cleaner box. And installing a K & N filter. The box is about the area of a good sized battery.

Thanks Hydro for the pointers

I put a 5" pulley on the motor, to get 3000 RPMs on the alternator. And pulsed 7.5 VDC at .5 amps to the rotor.

Unfortunately, w/o a pump, It will not run smoothly on tap water. It cavitates and burps out both ends. So I could not get an accurate reading.

But w/ 2 tsp lye, It will feed itself.

8.1 amps
12.2 VDC
98.82 watts
9.06 ml/min/watt
I haven't figured out the eff., But it has to be over 100
