Aloha,
Hydrogenmask- in your chart, did you include pump amp usage in production results for karebill?
Spike- Will you be using this product in any actual use or performance tests (motor, generator, etc.)?

spike on you inner most tube dose the water flow thru it to  if  so  pluging the tube  or putting solid plastic rods inside will improve your gas and efficiancy by reducing the current leakage

-The best wiring so far is pos to the two outside small tubes, and neg to the two inside big tubes.
-I kept to tubes separated with fish tank hose, Until I epoxied them.
-The pump is a bilge pump, From the boating store

Karebill

-your right, 3 series on the wiring, works the best.

- With gas prices going up, You bet it's going into my car.

topsy

-Yes the water flows threw the center tube, And you're probable right about the current leakage. But I already have another design in my head, From what I've learned from building this cell. But first I'm installing this one in my car

hydrogenmask

-Thanks for the spreadsheet, I will be using it.
-My best results last night.

 :'( I FRIED MY ALTERNATOR  :'(

I was charging a battery, When I had to leave. I turned the motor off, But didn't disconnect  the battery. And I guess that because I have my stator wired to my rotor, It shorted out. And my battery is dead also

you hook direct Dc to a rotor, after a while it will get hot and LOOSE its resistance, then it will burn the copper coating from the rotor. are you sure you smoked the rotor? this is another good thing about pulsing it.

do you have a spare rotor? did it fry the diode pack? it shouldn't have. are you able to get another alternator?

 :-\ 4 Tube Karebill  :-\

I tried a 4 tube version with 1", 3/4", 1/2", and 1/4". It failed, BAD!  I lost about 1/2 of my efficiency, compared to my old tubes. My guess is there wasn't enough surface area on the anode. I made a three set, and used three off of the original for comparison.

At least we can learn from my mistake
