It's been a couple of days, Thought I would give you all an update.

After considering a number of things, I decided to build manifolds for the ends. This way it would be compact, Free flowing, And maybe, More efficient. ;D

Hope you like it

 ;D MY CELL IS BUILT !!!!  ;D

I spent the afternoon fitting each piece. I cut down the pvc tees to conserve space. Then slotted them and slid a piece of 3/4 pvc tubing threw them. After I glued  all the pieces together, I epoxied the manifolds to the cell.

Tonight I will start on the reservoir, And monday I will find a pump. Because I have to fire this up!!

I want to thank Karebill and everbody else for there help so far.

just curious how did you make the connections on the inner tubes and how did you route them out from under the pvc?

Thanks, I've been working hard on it.

Hopefully I will find out monday, How much psi it can stand. But what I can't wait to see, Is what it can produce.

H2OPOWER

Unfortunately, I will be using grunt power for now. I fried my circuit, And rather than rebuild it, I was thinking of a Bob Boyce  circuit. Hooked to a 30 amp relay. Along with an AC inverter.

Mechanically, I can build what ever I want to. But electronics, I definitely have to follow directions. And still require some assistance. My last circuit was Hydro's old design. I learned a lot from building it. Same with my first cell.

A man once told me that a day without learning something, Is a waisted day.

Does anybody else have this problem. These are pictures of under the hood of my 2006 Sebring convertible. When I said space was at a premium, This is what I mean. There isn't even room for the battery, It's inside the fender well. My cell is going to be installed in front of the radiator.
