Next is figuring out how I'm going to attach a nipple on 1" ends,  Then hook up  plastic  supply lines. I'm still looking for a recirculation pump, probable a  12vdc  RV pump ;D

Another good pump would be a live well pump from a sporting goods shop or a sprayer pump from an agriculture shop.

Spike,
  Nice looking cell.  I am very impressed by this design and have been playing around with alternate options for your build.  I have attached some drawings that I will be attempting to build.  I have ordered enough stainless tubing to build my original design and also build a copy of your design as well.  I will probably just build a single cell version first before I build the full six.  Please have a look and let me know if this is basically correct with what you are trying to accomplish.

I am scheduled to receive my stainless today and will try to machine the blocks by Friday so that I can assemble this weekend.  I am limited to the thickness of material that I can machine with the small tolerances,  but I will give it a try.  Hopefully it will be thick enough to prevent any leaks.

I will keep you posted.

That is the way I wanted to make mine, But I had problems milling the teflon. I was using regular bits in a drill press, When I got to my 1" bit, It would rip the teflon out of my vise on my drill press. I would try paddle bits next time.

So I used my teflon as brackets. And I'm going to use pvc on the ends.

Spike,
  I work as a design/sign maker at a major sign manufacturing company and one of my tasks is running the router table (basically a 3 axis CNC machine).  I am a little concerned about the small tolerances and the possibility of the ledges breaking when the assembly is tightened.  I am trying to make it out of 1" thick material for two reasons:

Sorry,
  I accidentally posted before I finished.  As I was saying, I am trying to keep within 1" thick material for two reasons:

     1.  1" thick material is easier to come by and less expensive.

     2.  Cutting depths are limited using an 1/8" end mill.

I will post pictures and results when I have completed.

P.S.  The yellow squares are cross sections of O-rings.
