It's not stainless steel you need, From what your video showed.  Was your water level above your cells that night, Or did it arc above the water?

I was referring to your blown cell. Did you figure out how it blew? Was the water level down, when you went to bed, Or did it form a charge above the water level.

Spike one thing I found if I put the cells water supply in series (water flowing out of one into the other) the production goes down. I think its because the more bubbles = less surface area. But with your design that doesn’t matter because your tubes aren’t taking up any extra space. IM excited to see what it does. The water flow does also change the amps. More water higher amps.

Karebill

I understand, It was probably choking, Which is why I may need a higher volume pump with a neutral tube.

But I have been making progress .

I really like the idea of the neutral plate. You could make that design with as many neutral tubes as you want. The pump that IM running is 1.6 gal per min but due to the small feed holes in my tubes I probably only use 1/2 to 3/4 gal/min.

Even though I'm working all this weekend, I've made some progress.

I got a hold of some 1" thick teflon. I tried to make  cap plates, But after loosing a couple peaces of telfon, due to the 1" bit ripping the teflon out of the vise on my drill press. I decided to use what was let of my teflon to make mounting brackets. One has 1" holes spaced at 1 1/2" intervals, And the other has 1/2" holes spaced at 1 1/2" intervals. Both are cut down threw the centers of all the holes so I may use them as clamps as well as brackets. I'm using flat braided stainless steel to connect cells together, securing it in place with the brackets.

I'll keep you updated  ;D
