How much does it slow down?  Just  to get an idea of the load

Right now, I'm only getting about 1800 rpm's on the alternator.

Alternator update

GM 40 amp Alternator, 1/2 hp 1750 rpm 8.7 amp motor
All on tap water, no additives, no circuit, with a 3" pulley on the alternator

3" pulley on motor, with 1 amp 12vdc power supply to rotor= 200cc/min
4" pulley on motor, with 1 amp 12vdc power supply to rotor= Alternator overheating
4" pulley on motor, running wire from stator to rotor=120cc/min
5" pulley on motor, with 1 amp 12vdc power supply to rotor= motor amped out
5" pulley on motor, running wire from stator to rotor= 175cc/min

back to 3" pulley on motor, with 1 amp 12vdc power supply to rotor.
need 1 hp motor next.
And get parts to build hydros circuit to pulse rotor.

Hi Spikeman,

Very good report! This is the way we like it here.
A small but efficient test report, so we can learn from it.
Too bad for you that the 0.5hp  driver is not strong enough.
So you have to make another investment in a drive engine. :'(
The good news is that you can sell the 0.5hp.....

Today I sealed all the seams on my cell. teflon taped the lid, epoxied around the threads of the nipple, and terminal posts.   The cell now produces 220cc/min on tap h2o.

daaayum thats a-lota bubbles!.... This is really good info to make sure everything is sealed just so... Not only is it safer but obviously more efficient!  Good work Kevin!

Today I tried  12vdc at 1amp, up to 12vdc at 10 amps to the rotor. And found no difference in gas out put. 
I thought if you created a better magnetic field, It would increase production. But it appears  1 amp is enough.
