Do you have any pictures of the SS wire connections at the tubes?

No I don't have any pictures of the wire welded to the tubes. But it's 1/8" SS rod. Started on the center tube, then wrapped around the outside tubes, 3/4" up on the tubes.  I ended up tapping the inside tubes for 5/8" bolts to a SS plate. Next time I take it apart, I'll take a picture.

I keep getting brown junk in the water. It may be chlorine, Because it has a pool smell when i open the cell afterwards. And I also found out the hard way about not having a good heat sink, so here is my new one.

I was using the old one, when i burned up my mosfet. I'm going to order the parts this week, for the new one.

Cool stuff Spike!  Whats the HP rating on your driver motor?  How much bigger pulley do you think you will need?

I need to go to a 6" pulley to get the right rpm's. the motor is a 8.7 amp 1/2hp, and that may not be enough.
