actually yes, but in that patent they're using NAOh to help the water take on magnetics. the patent is basicly telling you that the water is magnitized by voltage. this makes you think magnetic however magnetics is not whats used here, it is like a magnetic force from a coil, they call it potential magnetic and I call it electric fields, however you get this from coils.
the patent said that it produced 10 to 20 times more gas then normal electrolyis, however they used NaOH. what i have been trying to show everyon is how to get what they call potential magnetics, which i call it electric fields, also i have to produced atleast 10 times more gas with using this type of electric field without the use of any NaOH.
Now i understand why bob used NaOH, it helped the water become effected more rapidly. but with harmonics from the alternator you dont really need NaOH if you do it properly.
