HHO storage
« on: January 28, 2008, 00:57:36 am »
ok here goes

i saw Stan Mayer in one video showing the flame directly from his WFC, then i noticed the PSI/KG meeter on his tank, this mean Stan had his WFC under preashure
my point is: U can hawe one WFC under a preashurised switch, this cell would be for idling speed on the engine, then u can hawe another WFC with the same setup for acceleration using a variabel needlevalve for how mush RPM/HP u need

so my question is: how much can u preashurise HHO gas 5kg?    100kg?   what is the dangerlimit?

i have had it under 60 psi, i normaly run at around 40 psi, i play with about 13 to 20 psi.

just because i do it doesn't mean its safe. but i have not ever seen it blow up. i wouldn't ever go over 20 psi when testing on my given volume.

great news
if i could hawe it working around 30 to 60 PSI (1 - 2kg) or more i can hawe more to work with on the engine, il look into how to best break down the water before entering the combustion chamber, it might involve a mini steamer of some sort or high preashure fracturing before entry, this way i can mix it down, time will tell  ;D

whatever you do i am not responsible, if you ask me i say don't it under pressure unless you're sure you know what you're doing, it can be dangerous, ALWAYS keep a blanket or towel around it just incase it was to blow, also put it behind a board or something. one small peice of plastic or whatever could cause you to loose both your eyes.

mmh il let u know AGA gass was founding latest equipment but they would rather not i say too much abt that, i can tell u than any welding equipment dealer hawe most of the stuff u need for handeling the HHO
bare in mind that u need to ref. the gas as Hydrogen for most of the equipment u need since there is no industrial standard as of yet for the HHO
i work in a lab for the oil industry on a daily basis, im building the research rigs and work the electro part hence i hawe some insight in how flow of gasses and liquids work, i get some sponsoring from outside actors like AGA, but before i hawe REAL result i wont be sticking my neck out, security where i work is as tight as a *** hole
when i hawe facts writen in stone il be able to ask for more founding since most ppl can only belive what they see
my work as of now is mostly on the conversion of a regular ICE to HHO driven since i see that as the fastest way to reach out to the ppl, and the fact that u guys know way more abt HHO cells than i do
il post some links when i get home from work to morrow
