Understanding Stan's Statement from 1997 video
« on: January 03, 2011, 19:48:11 pm »
Many people look at a statement made by Stan in a 1997 video as stalling, but there is more to this. In a 1997 video filming in Denver somebody asked about his system and how it works and Meyer loudly and falsely protested  that he would "lose his patent rights" if he were to release anything but complete, integrated systems --- such as a water-fueled vehicle. The reason he may have lost his patent rights is very simple. His process was identical to Puharich's water splitter. The only difference was that Stan's system used pulsed DC instead of AC as in used Puharich's system.

But, correct-me if I'm wrong.

You can only achieve radiant energy effects with sharp DC pulses, maybe that's why he used pulsed DC.
